Cookie Policy & Consent Preferences
Panta-Plast storage inventory, necessary-only choices, consent preferences and the separate Shopify checkout environment.
Draft for review · Updated 20 October 2026. Seller identity, establishment country, target EU markets, contacts, tax treatment and operational arrangements are unconfirmed. These pages explain general EU consumer rights and current website behavior, not full legal compliance. Complete the marked fields, configure and verify operations, and obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before paid orders open. Nothing in these drafts waives mandatory consumer rights.
1. Cookies and similar browser storage
Cookies and local storage can remember information between visits. This policy covers the current storefront implementation, including browser storage rather than just HTTP cookies. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to review the current choices.
2. Shopping functions
The shopify-cart record stores a Shopify cart identifier, checkout link and selected items. The paper-mood-wishlist record saves favourite product handles. The pm-currency record saves your chosen currency and the last available reference rates. These functions are used to provide the shopping preferences you request; deleting their records resets the relevant saved features.
3. Cookie-preference record
The pm-cookie-consent-v1 local-storage record remembers that you acknowledged necessary-only storage and when you did so. It contains no order number, customer address or payment details. Preferences are reviewed after 180 days. If browser storage is blocked, the site cannot remember the choice and will explain that limitation.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
No optional analytics or advertising integration is currently configured in this storefront. Such storage remains off; there is no hidden optional tracking enabled by the banner. If these services are added, this policy and controls must be updated and consent obtained before they run where legally required.
5. External services
Google Fonts, Shopify product requests and media delivery create network requests to external services. Checkout opens separately on Shopify and may use its own cookies and controls. This storefront's banner does not control cookies set by that separate checkout environment.
6. Managing your preferences
Use Cookie settings to revisit the information. Use your browser's privacy settings to inspect or clear stored site data; clearing it can remove saved cart, wishlist and currency choices. Necessary storage cannot be turned into optional consent simply by presenting an accept-all button. The current controls therefore offer a necessary-only choice.
7. Storage duration and responsibility
The cart, wishlist and currency local-storage records have no automatic expiry in the storefront; they remain until cleared or changed, although a Shopify cart may expire separately. The consent record expires after 180 days. The seller must review which preference storage qualifies for a national strictly-necessary exemption, inventory hosting and checkout cookies and publish their actual providers, durations and purposes. Necessary-only labels alone do not establish ePrivacy or GDPR compliance.
8. Before adding optional services
Optional analytics, advertising or similar access to device information must remain disabled until purpose-specific choices and any legally required prior consent are implemented. Rejecting optional purposes must be as accessible as accepting them, with no preselected optional choices. Withdrawal must stop subsequent optional processing where consent is required. No accept-all control or optional tracking is currently configured; these preferences do not control separate Shopify checkout.
