Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU 14-day withdrawal information, return costs, reimbursement rules and an optional model withdrawal statement for Panta-Plast.

Draft for review · Updated 20 October 2026. Seller identity, establishment country, target EU markets, contacts, tax treatment and operational arrangements are unconfirmed. These pages explain general EU consumer rights and current website behavior, not full legal compliance. Complete the marked fields, configure and verify operations, and obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before paid orders open. Nothing in these drafts waives mandatory consumer rights.

1. Return arrangements are being finalised

The seller has not yet supplied a return contact, return address, shipping terms or a verified refund-processing procedure. Do not send goods to an unverified address. These operational details must be published before paid orders open.

2. EU right of withdrawal

For eligible consumer distance purchases, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally runs from the day you or a designated third party other than the carrier acquire physical possession. For multiple goods in one order delivered separately, it generally begins with the last item; for goods delivered in lots or pieces, with the last lot or piece; for regular delivery during a defined period, with the first delivery. National rules and the contract can affect application. If required withdrawal information is missing, the period can extend by up to 12 months. This right is separate from any voluntary return offer.

3. Returning goods after withdrawal

EU rules generally require you to send goods back within 14 days after notifying the trader of withdrawal. Direct return costs may be borne by the consumer only where the required prior information was given. Panta-Plast's actual instructions and allocation of return costs are not yet confirmed.

4. Refund timing and delivery charges

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of the trader being informed of withdrawal, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. For goods, the trader may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier. Extra costs for a delivery option above the least expensive standard delivery need not be reimbursed.

5. Condition and relevant exceptions

Consumers may inspect goods as they would in a shop, but may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised can be excluded from the withdrawal right. Do not assume ordinary stationery is excluded merely because packaging was opened.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Rights relating to non-conforming goods are separate from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. Keep order details and evidence of the issue and contact the verified seller when those details are published. This draft does not replace your statutory rights or impose a shorter notification deadline.

7. Information still needed

The legal seller must confirm the contact channel, return address, operational instructions, any voluntary extended returns, relevant product-specific exceptions and refund workflow. Consult Your Europe and the Consumer Rights Directive for official general guidance; national rules can also apply.

8. Giving notice and the optional model form

Notify the trader with an unequivocal statement identifying the contract; you do not have to use our form, give a reason or create an account. Sending the notice before the applicable period expires is generally sufficient. The Annex I(B) model form is available below with missing seller contacts clearly marked. [To be supplied: verified withdrawal recipient, geographic address and email.] Do not treat a downloaded draft as delivery to the trader.

9. Online withdrawal and acknowledgment

Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive, introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, provides for an easily accessible online withdrawal function for in-scope contracts concluded through an online interface. National measures apply from 19 June 2026; applicable transposition must be checked. The required flow includes contract identification, a withdrawal confirmation control and an acknowledgment without undue delay on a durable medium showing the statement and date/time of receipt. This storefront currently prepares local drafts only: no seller submission or acknowledgment delivery is connected. That is a launch blocker, not a compliant substitute.

10. Refund method and direct costs

Statutory reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of notice, subject to the goods/evidence withholding rule described above. Use the same payment means unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise, without fees for reimbursement. [To be supplied: direct return-cost allocation and any non-postal return-cost estimate required before purchase.] If the required prior information about direct return costs was not supplied, the consumer must not bear those costs. Statutory faulty-goods remedies follow separate rules.

11. Product-specific exceptions

Only lawful exceptions applicable to the exact item may be used, with required pre-contract disclosure. These can include genuinely personalised/made-to-specification goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing where the legal conditions apply. Ordinary opened stationery must not automatically be treated as excluded. No current product-specific exception has been verified. Digital content or services, if added later, need their own reviewed terms and legally required express requests or acknowledgments.

Withdraw from your contract

Online submission is not available yet: the seller's contact and delivery of withdrawal acknowledgments have not been configured. You can prepare a statement here, but downloading or printing it does not notify the seller. This must be resolved before paid orders open.

No account or reason is required. This optional form does not restrict your right to use another unequivocal statement. Entries stay in this page's memory, are not stored in your browser and are not sent to any server.
